Of all the languages in the world, it is the Chinese language that tops in popularity. This is a language that is spoken by more than a billion individuals, with English trailing in second with more than 320 million native and non-native speakers.

Although English will likely remain as one of the most important spoken language

in the world, its future as the top language is not so clear today. This is because English does not have the global field that the other languages have.

Many of the English speakers, monolingual speakers, are increasingly finding it difficult to find employment and political lives for there are many who speak more than one language who are getting the most out of life and careers these days.

As of 1995, Chinese came to be the most spoken language and it has shown its predominance more and more through the years. One of the key reasons behind this trend is because of the sheer number of native speakers who are now getting more global by the day, especially with the internet helping matters along the way.

China’s population alone added more than 36 million to the population of internet users. And then of course there is the growth in support of the chinese languagebecause of the potential market that China has. With the recognition of this population, many businesses are seeing potential profits if they cater to the Chinese population.

Take for example the software that are being produced. In the past, these software were written only inenglish

For those who wish to expand their world to better political and business opportunities, they simply make a decision of learn to speak Chinese language so they do not have to rely on others for communication. There are now many professionals who not only learn Chinese but other commonly used worldwide languages as well. And because the internet has made it easier to learn any second language, the Chinese language being the most spoken in the world is the most logical first choice of learning a second language.

With the ever growing Asian markets, finding employment is easier if one were versed in speaking the Chinese language. With many jobs being generated now in Asia, more and more find it easier to get employment if they speak the language.
